CONVENIENCES- Delicious full course breakfasts are served beside fireplace in winter or pool in summer. If you do not care for breakfast, rates can be altered. Each bed and breakfast suite has a bar fridge and coffee maker. We supply bottled water, tea and coffee.

Free Wireless internet is available.

We are close to Peterborough restaurants, shopping, Peterborough arenas and hiking trails

We have ample on-site parking. Two of the bed and breakfast suites are in a separate building with ground-level private outside keyed entrances. Waterview Suite is wheelchair accessable. Smoking is permitted outside. There are numerous areas with patio furniture where you are welcome to relax.

Our dock located on the Trent Severn Waterway is convenient for tying up your boat or for fishing from. Two canoes are available. Our solar heated pool is great for an afternoon cool-down or a late night romantic swim.

RESTRICTIONS- All suites are non-smoking. Children in pool must be supervised by an adult. Our animals are visited under supervision of innkeeper. Pets are allowed in one suite only, therefore permission is needed to bring them. Pets need to be on lead at all times.

RESERVATIONS- A credit card number is required to confirm each reservation. Any cancellation from the time of booking will be subject to a $50 administration fee. Any reservations cancelled without three (3) days advance notice will be subject to one night's accommodation charge for each suite reserved unless the space can be sold.

RATES/PAYMENT- Rates range from $135 per night to $145 per suite based on double occupancy. This rate includes HST. You will enjoy a full delicious home-cooked breakfast in morning. Please inquire for single occupancy rate.

Enquire about a rate that does not include breakfast.

Corporate rates are available based on single occupancy and are available from Sunday evening to Friday morning. Breakfast is not included in corporate rate.

There is a charge for children and animals. Please enquire.
